Required Skills: •Oversee chiller plants and other critical infrastructure supporting the sites, data centers, and critical spaces •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including critical infrastructure, to ensure continuous, efficient, and safe operations •Manage all MEP and critical infrastructure preventative maintenance programs. Including creating and maintaining an annual service calendar •Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, equipment performance, repair history, and costs in the CMMS •Coordinate and oversee annual LAFD REG4 testing •Monitor N4 building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy use, systems performance, and maintain comfortable environments for employees and guests. Provide updates to management and Central Monitoring teams on alarms and impacts on operations •Develop weekly workplans and assign preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance work orders assigned through the CMMS and mobile platform with the assistance of the planner / scheduler •Work closely with the Critical Infrastructure System team on the ArcGIS platform, projects and emergency response strategies Qualifications: •Cool Under Pressure – You handle stressful situations with ease and professionalism while juggling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities •Facilities Guru- You have extensive experience leading complex facility operations and engineering solutions. You are a pro at managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with general maintenance of grounds, facilities and otherwise •Analytical expert- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills •Project Wrangler – expertise in seeing opportunities for improvement, gaining support, breaking down to bite-sized chunks, executing and seeking feedback will give you a superpower to strategically partner with clients and change workflow as opportunities arise •Juggler – You know how to manage multiple tasks and priorities and move them all along effectively while keeping stakeholders updating and informed •Executer – You get things done!
