This role provides strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure regulatory compliance, protect employees and the environment, and foster a proactive safety culture that enables innovation and operational excellence. As the site's EHS subject matter expert, the Manager partners with R&D, Facilities, Engineering, and corporate functions to identify and mitigate risks, support business objectives, and ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and corporate standards. •This is a 100% on-site role. •What You’ll Work On •Lead all site EHS programs, policies, and management systems to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management. •Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and corporate EHS teams. •Manage environmental permitting, reporting, inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions. •Develop and execute the site's EHS strategy, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals. •Conduct risk assessments and provide EHS support for laboratory operations, process changes, facility modifications, capital projects, and new equipment installations. •Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and environmental events; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions. •Develop and deliver EHS training programs that promote employee awareness, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of safety. •Monitor emerging regulation Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
