Required Skills: •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise applications professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth. •Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including evaluation, selection, implementation, configuration, optimization, support, upgrades, and retirement. •Direct the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of the firm's document management system, including workflow design, integrations, governance, and user adoption initiatives. •Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of the firm's data warehouse and data architecture environment to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making. •Partner with the CIO to develop and execute a multi-year enterprise applications strategy and technology roadmap aligned with firm objectives and future growth. •Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform optimization, application rationalization, and technical debt reduction. •Manage complex application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations while minimizing disruption to business operations. •Partner cross-functionally with attorneys, administrative leaders, and business teams to identify technology opportunities and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, service delivery, and user experience. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications and leading complex technology initiatives. •Demonstrated success leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts. •Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, data workflows, and platform governance. •Hands-on expertise with legal technology platforms such as NetDocuments, Aderant, or comparable systems, including configuration, workflow development, and system administration. •Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles. •Operational familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and an understanding of cybersecurity and application security best practices. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions. •Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities. •Proven ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, vendors, and strategic initiatives.
