Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of related consulting or IT services delivery experience. •Previous leadership experience within consulting, managed services, or IT services delivery environments. •Demonstrated experience managing mainframe environments, including IBM CICS, DB2, MQ, IDMS, and related technologies. •In-depth knowledge of mainframe capacity planning, performance tuning, workload automation, and service optimization. •Proven ability to lead technical teams, build consensus, delegate effectively, and drive accountability for critical results. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to technical, executive, customer, and operational audiences. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, organize complex workloads, and adapt effectively to changing business requirements while meeting deadlines. •Strong problem-solving, negotiation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve client, project, operational, and people-related challenges. •Knowledge of products and services from providers such as IBM, Cisco, Microsoft, HP, or Dell.
