The role also partners with Business Intelligence on technology integrations and segmentation strategies. •Own NAR's email strategy end-to-end: evaluate programs for member value, streamline the portfolio, and redirect efforts that belong in other channels. •Own, set and enforce standards for email content, structure, accessibility, and ad placement. •Design, build, and maintain marketing automation programs and journeys to reduce manual effort and improve targeting. •Stay current on email industry trends, deliverability standards, and best practices; conduct trend analysis across categories and audiences and evangelize insights across the organization. •Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and other techniques to increase open rates, click-throughs, and member engagement. •Own email list management operations (unsubscribes, suppression updates, list accuracy) and train stakeholders on list processes. •Advise stakeholder teams on campaign approach and system capabilities from planning through execution.
