Hiring: Manager, Digital Merchandising (Soma) Company: Soma Location: Fort Myers, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 10:19:05 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Google Analytics, User Experience About the job Experience: •5+ years of online marketing/merchandising experience required Required Skills: •Owns and is accountable for all categories within Digital. •Manages site & presentation of merchandise assortment, product categorization and taxonomy all to maximize conversion, sales, and drive higher AOV. •Recommends the right pricing strategies to drive the assigned category business goals. •Oversees the site search & filter programs to ensure accurate and complete product results. •Reviews and analyzes online competitor site merchandising, promotional execution and tactics, user experience, product representation and taxonomy. Reports findings and provides appropriate counterstrategies when appropriate to Key Stakeholders to with recommendations to drive performance. •Leverages feedback from all available resources: customer service, customer feedback reporting, product ratings and reviews, social media, and utilize the information to optimize the site and improve site metrics. •Provides Google Analytics and Trends to the Merchandising and Planning Teams to develop and execute Digital Assortment. •Keeps abreast of market trends, consumer trends, competition, customer service issues, and eCommerce technology and dynamics.
