Required Skills: •Establish and lead the Digital Experience & Media PMO operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning, and execution standards across all communications workstreams. •Lead sprint ceremonies across-functional group focused on e-commerce, and coordinate various activities including stand-ups, sprint planning, and monthly demos and retrospectives. •Build and maintain integrated project plans that clearly define scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path. •Proactively identify risks, issues, and resourcing conflicts; drive mitigation plans and escalate with clear options and recommendations. •Establish and reinforce governance routines, operating cadence, and execution discipline to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and decision‑making. •Partner closely with Communications leaders, Marketing Operations, GTM PMO, Communications PMO, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to align sequencing, messaging, and delivery. •Provide concise, executive‑ready reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions. •Design and continuously improve processes, templates, and tools that increase predictability, efficiency, and speed to market. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. •Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an enterprise environment. •In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies, with the ability to align them with business objectives. •Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a track record of introducing innovative ideas and approaches that deliver measurable results. •Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule. •ADT is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
