Required Skills: •Drive adoption of enterprise technologies by working directly with business units demonstrate the capabilities and practical applications of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Pega, GIS, and other enterprise platforms. •Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact, low risk use cases leveraging existing technology. •Translate business needs into actionable digital solutions using existing technologies. •Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for digital augmentation. •Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions to uncover and prioritize use cases aligned with business objectives. •Build and maintain a pipeline of digital enablement opportunities tied to measurable business value. •Actively facilitate and support design, configuration, and implementation of solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and existing enterprise tools. •Partner cross-functionally with IT, Architecture, Data & Analytics, and other teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. •Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. •Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hiring.
