Qualifications: •Effective leader that can lead a team of managers/supervisors with limited people management experience. •Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to effectively and efficiently interact with various levels of the organization. •Demonstrated capacity to transition between strategic and tactical thinking. •Demonstrated capacity to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills. •Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Proficient use of Microsoft office applications. •Position requires extensive walking and standing on hard surfaces. •Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications •Four-year college or university degree. Master’s degree is a plus. •Minimum of five years related industry experience and/or training. •Strong experience with managing complex Manufacturing / Distribution Center operations and leading process improvement projects.
