It is not an advanced analytics / data science role. •Supporting Level 2 and Level 3 leaders. This includes executive scorecards, analysis on performance, helping leaders 'tell the story' about what's happening in their organization and identify areas requiring action. •To provide a deeper understanding of the root causes and drivers of change in their key performance indicators. •To facilitate greater self-service analytics for mid-level and front-line leaders. This includes collaborating with the business to learn about their processes and information needs, translating those needs into self-service, interactive BI solutions. •To improve existing solutions, build greater efficiencies, and expand the value we provide. •The Experience And Skills You Bring Qualifications: •Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
