Required Skills: •IT & OT Security Program Leadership: Own the strategy, governance, and day-to-day execution of cybersecurity across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring protective controls, monitoring, and incident response are aligned across enterprise and manufacturing systems. •Security Operations Center (SOC) Management: Manage the SOC function, including staffing, tooling, and processes for continuous monitoring, threat detection, triage, and incident response; oversee SOC analysts and ensure escalation paths are met. •Audit & Compliance Oversight: Serve as the primary owner of cybersecurity audit readiness and response, coordinating internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer security assessments; ensure evidence, documentation, and corrective actions meet 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and other applicable GxP and industry requirements. •Policy & Guidance Development: Develop, maintain, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guidance documents governing IT and OT security, access control, data protection, and acceptable use; ensure policies remain current with regulatory and industry changes. •Risk Assessment & Vulnerability Management: Direct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing across IT and OT systems; prioritize remediation efforts and track risk treatment to closure. •Incident Response Leadership: Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts, including detection, containment, eradication, and recovery; conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement of response playbooks. •Security Awareness & Training: Design and deliver organization-wide security awareness programs and role-specific training on IT/OT security practices, phishing/social engineering resistance, and OT/IT network separation principles. •Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports (e.g., SOC Analyst) including goal-setting, performance management, and skills development; build succession and coverage plans for the cybersecurity function. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field. •Expert in IT & OT security architecture and controls. •Expert in SOC operations and incident response management. •Expert in Cybersecurity audit and regulatory compliance. •Expert in Policy development and governance. •Expert in Risk assessment and vulnerability management. •CISSP, CISM or GICSP a plus. •Primarily sedentary office work with extended computer/screen use. •Occasional walking within manufacturing and OT areas for site assessments. •Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor and OT/production environments requiring standard PPE and site safety compliance.
