Required Skills: •Drive efficient project workflows, resource planning, and workload management. Identify process improvements when applicable, and champion software, tools, processes and best practices that increase team efficiency and visibility. •Partner with Brand, Product, Packaging Engineering, Photography, and Digital teams to align priorities, communicate project status, and ensure successful execution. •Lead the project intake and creative brief process, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines, and requirements are clearly defined to support effective project execution. •Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and quality standards across all channels and consumer touchpoints. •Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support project execution, manage deliverables, and ensure work meets project requirements and quality expectations. •Provide day-to-day guidance and support to direct reports, helping prioritize work, solve challenges, and maintain high-quality execution. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree. •Excellent project management and problem solving skills to accomplish goals and manage several key projects/initiatives simultaneously •Requires strong timeline management abilities in order to meet critical deadlines, as well as strong interpersonal skills and writing skills. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate creative and ensure it is brand right •Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written •Keen attention to detail and deadlines •Strong leadership and influence skills. Demonstrate collaborate first mindset. •Demonstrated capacity to manage and develop teams/direct reports.
