Required Skills: •Lead standard cost processes across North American manufacturing operations. •Maintain cost accuracy within the ERP system, including BOMs, routings, labor, and overhead structures. •Manage annual cost rolls and analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, overhead, and purchase price variances. •Ensure accurate inventory valuation and compliance with company accounting policies. •Develop reporting and analytics that improve operational visibility and manufacturing productivity. •Partner with procurement to analyze purchasing performance and drive cost savings initiatives. •Support pricing, transfer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and product profitability analysis. •Serve as the subject matter expert for costing, inventory transactions, and manufacturing finance processes. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. •In-depth knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and GAAP. •Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with both finance and operations leaders.
