Hiring: Manager - Corporate Accounting Company: NielsenIQ Location: Florida, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:58:13 Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Derivatives, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP About the job Experience: •5-8 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or within a medium to large international organization •8 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or within a medium to large international organization Required Skills: •This position will report to the Assistant Global Corporate Controller. •Key Activities, Responsibilities and Deliverables •Manage the end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including award valuations, expense recognition, forfeiture tracking and modification assessments •Technical accounting and GAAP expertise •Partner with HR and Legal to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity grants and related documentation •Prepare share-based compensation-related journal entries, account reconciliations, roll forwards and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting •Oversee accounting for pension plans, 401(k) contributions and other long-term and post-employment benefit programs •Support annual valuation processes and audit requests related to employee benefit plans Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field •Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or within a medium to large international organization •Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, particularly related to share-based compensation, , debt and derivatives •Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging professionally across all levels •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management skills •Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking •Self-motivated and capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment •Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally with various departments and levels of management •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities Compensation: •$100,000 - $125,000 / year •Other benefit and bonus programs, debt arrangements, derivative instruments and key accrual accounting Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
