The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our •Lead Classified Solutions staff of system admins, desktop techs, and network engineers performing direct administration of Information Systems and associated classified networks. •Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders. •Interact with internal key executives, CIDO Program Management Office and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. •Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements. •Work across disciplines to isolate issues between networks and applications. •Align support activities with business goals, managing performance metrics and adapting resources as needs change. •Implement tools and processes to make work visible and enable effective assignment and prioritization. Qualifications: •Master's degree with 5 years of technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of technical experience; OR an Associates degree with 9 years of technical experience; OR a PhD with 2 years of technical experience is required •Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 – IAT level II certification at a minimum (examples: Security+ CE, CND, CCNA-Security) •Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance (at a minimum) to be considered •The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Information Technology, a Security+ CE, and 7 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure (i.e., virtualization, networking, data center architecture, or systems administration), and will have managed a team of IT professionals for 2+ years in both classified and unclassified environments •Active CI-Polygraph is highly preferred •The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. •The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
