This role supports policyholders and communities after severe events such as extensive wildfires, major hurricanes, tornadoes, and other large-scale catastrophes. •Technology, data, and change agility are central to this role. You will use digital tools, operational dashboards, analytics, and emerging capabilities to improve decision-making, strengthen response coordination, increase capacity, and adapt quickly as customer needs, claim conditions, and business priorities change. •The position is remote with regular field travel and CAT deployments. During an active event, the role may require extended hours, weekends, holidays, and rapid travel to affected areas.
