The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at influencing across functions, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams. •Commercialization Leadership •Lead the end-to-end commercialization process for Private Label cereal initiatives, ensuring flawless execution from concept through market launch. •Oversee a broad portfolio of projects including new product introductions, customer-specific SKUs, product changes, harmonization initiatives, cost savings projects, and product discontinuations. •Serve as the commercialization subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to established processes while identifying opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. •Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and maintain project momentum. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. •7–10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), commercialization, project management, product change management, operations, supply chain, customer management, or a related business function. •Minimum of 3 years of people management experience. •Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution. •Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. •Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. •Knowledge of food manufacturing, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management. •Our Leadership Expectations Compensation: •$92,191 - $136,442 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
