Proactively contact custodians daily to resolve issues and ensure requests are being processed with accuracy. •Delegate tasks and assist with team members workloads to ensure smooth execution of workflow. •Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. •Manage quarterly projects, maintain internal spreadsheets, and oversee completion of team members daily tasks. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
