Required Skills: •Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for intake management, quality control, and service delivery coordination. •Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution. •Oversee review of high-risk, customized, or complex client reports prior to distribution. •Ensure reporting outputs comply with client requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and audit expectations. •Establish and maintain quality review procedures, validation controls, checklists, and approval standards across recurring and ad hoc reporting. •Serve as the central intake lead for institutional reporting requests, inquiries, changes, and escalations. •Manage request triage, prioritization, assignment, and workflow to ensure timely and effective execution. •Oversee service queues, reporting calendars, SLAs, capacity planning, and workload balancing across the team. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. •In-depth knowledge of institutional client reporting, investment data, performance reporting, holdings reporting, benchmark reporting, and client deliverables. •Demonstrated experience managing quality control, service intake, workflow management, governance, or operational controls. •Proven ability to manage escalations, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams. •Strong attention to detail, service excellence, communication skills, and risk awareness. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work at a computer and use standard business software for extended periods during the workday. •Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and business partners in person and electronically as needed. •Engage in regular in-person interaction and collaboration with team members and other stakeholders. •Work effectively in a professional office environment with ongoing collaboration, activity, and shifting priorities.
