Required Skills: •Autodesk's MaintainX sales pipeline runs through this team. You'll build and run it in Denver, representing MaintainX for the first time in an office where Autodesk already has people on the ground. •As Manager, Business Development, you'll hire, ramp, and develop a team of BDRs in our Denver office, bringing our proven playbook and XDR practices to a new location. You'll be the first MaintainX BDR presence in Denver, plugging into our established XDR org and operating model. This role reports to the Director of Business Development (remote). •Build and maintain a high-performing BDR team in Denver: own the hiring bar, the 90-day ramp, and individual performance accountability. •Drive predictable pipeline through a structured weekly coaching cadence, using the same rhythms and tools the broader XDR org already runs on. •Build individual development plans for each rep with a defined path toward AE or team leadership, and hold yourself accountable to those promotions happening. •Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on ICP evolution, campaign activation, and pipeline handoffs, and hold that alignment to outcomes. •At 12 months, your Denver team is ramped, performing, and developing, fully integrated into how XDR runs company wide. Pipeline is predictable. Reps know exactly where they are going. Qualifications: •A repeatable hiring process for BDRs, you know what an A-player looks like at screen and can evaluate for it consistently. •Demonstrated ability to coach rep behavior and change output, not just report on it. •Data fluency: you pull your own reports, read pipeline signals before they become problems, and coach to leading indicators. •Comfort operating with a remote manager while building your local team in person, day to day. •Operational familiarity with the CMMS or EAM software category. •We work in-person from our Raleigh or Denver office, 5 days/week. You're joining an existing Autodesk office and an established XDR org, but you're the first to bring MaintainX's BDR motion there.
