Required Skills: •How does this role impact First Command? •What will the employee be doing in this role? •Lead and manage the Technology Adoption Specialist and the Adoption Delivery team, providing direction, coaching, development, and support to team members. •Assist with executing the organization’s adoption strategy to enable the adoption of new technologies and supporting processes across the organization. •Partner cross-functionally with multiple business units and leadership to ensure success of digital investments and processes. •Develop and implement standard operations of Technology Adoption Specialist team and Business Process Consultant team. •Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement. •Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and the broader organization.
