Required Skills: •Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions. •Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery against key performance indicators through data analysis and media metrics. •Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding across advertising technology platforms. •Build joint business plans with clients leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights. •Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership. •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success. •Mentor team members, support process improvements, and promote continuous learning and adaptability. Qualifications: •Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals. •Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance evaluation using digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. •Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills with clients, agencies, and internal partners. •Leadership capabilities including mentoring, coaching, and team development. •Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and continuous process improvement. •Also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
