Required Skills: •We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant to join our team in supporting HQ IMCOM with real property asset management. •This role serves as the senior real property subject matter expert for an Installation Directorate, leading asset record validation, GFEBS remediation, and audit readiness activity across assigned garrisons. •Lead asset record analysis and validation across assigned garrisons. •Direct GFEBS record correction and upload to a 95% field accuracy standard. Oversee Facility Information Folder assembly against the OACSIM Supporting Documentation Checklist. •Coordinate with Installation RPAOs on submittal package concurrence. •Present findings to Directorate and HQ leadership. Support garrisons during inspections and audits. Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM. •Clearance: No security clearance required; all work is performed at the Unclassified level.
