Hiring: Management and Program Analyst Company: DLA Careers Location: Greater Cleveland Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:39:50 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Serves as a senior management analyst and advisor providing authoritative guidance to J6 Programs and Enterprise Support Activities (ESAs) on budget formulation, financial execution, and resource distribution •Advises leadership on financial management tools, forecasting techniques, and program prioritization, leveraging analytical and data visualization skills to drive strategic decision-making. •Prepares executive financial plans, presentations, and reports for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc requirements, utilizing dashboards and charting to articulate financial trends and opportunities •Reviews, reconciles, and analyzes data across budget/execution systems, designing reporting tools, tracking program costs, and recommending improvements to financial data accuracy. •Leads complex budget formulation activities, conducting independent assessments, preparing analytical products, budget estimates, special reports, and supporting documentation. •Reviews enterprise resource management issues, monitors high-visibility execution actions, and assists in resolving complex funding requirements across J6 Programs and ESAs. •Conducts financial execution reviews ensuring compliance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR), managing taskers and activities supporting J6 Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) functions. •Manages multi-year program requirements, tracks Unfunded Requirements (UFRs), and evaluates automated financial systems to enhance financial visibility, functionality, and alignment with J6 goals.
