Location: Falls Church, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:20:13 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Required Skills: •Analyzes DHA, OASW (HA), OUSW (P&R), Office of the Secretary of War, Military Departments and other Federal Agency programs’ compliance with DHA strategic and operational policies, procedures, and other forms of guidance. •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting executive decision-making. •Develop executive reports, briefing materials, information papers, presentations, and executive summaries. •Support policy development and governance documentation. •Track executive actions, Requests for Information (RFIs), staffing packages, and suspense requirements. •Maintain organizational performance metrics and executive dashboards. •Coordinate reviews among DHA Directorates and external organizations. •Support executive engagements through meeting preparation, read-ahead materials, and follow-up actions. Qualifications: •The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Top Secret level. •Requires understanding of and expertise with the Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA). •Knowledge of DoW staffing processes. •Proven experience in strategic engagement, relationship management, or a related field. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner. •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
