Required Skills: •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times. •Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on highly automated K-Cup manufacturing and packaging equipment. •Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical failures and perform repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. •Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, motor starters, and production equipment. •Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. •Wire moderately complex control circuits and electrical systems. •Complete equipment setups, adjustments, changeovers, and centerlining activities. •Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret repair instructions, blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and technical documentation. •Packaging, food and beverage, or high-speed manufacturing experience preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. •Demonstrated capacity to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop. •Demonstrated capacity to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, and reach overhead. •Demonstrated capacity to stand and walk throughout a 12-hour shift. •Work in compliance with OSHA regulations and plant safety requirements.
