Required Skills: •Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. •Support continuous improvement by participating in RCA’s and leading improvement initiatives. •Conduct GEMBA walks to discuss line issues with operators to promote early detection. •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, chillers, boilers, and control devices. •Install, align, and adjust new equipment to operational standards and fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding, machining, or other techniques. •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose faults and perform repairs. •Interface directly with automation systems, sensors, and controllers to optimize production processes. •Conduct daily inspections and process flow checks, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to lift, bend, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces; capable of performing moderate to heavy manual labor.
