Location: Lake Orion, MI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:56:05 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly, Microsoft Office, PLC About the job Required Skills: •Responsible for leading and assisting with all maintenance activities while supporting manufacturing, assembly, and facility operations to meet customer requirements. •Assist with equipment installations and start-up. •Setup and maintain manufacturing and assembly equipment. •Document maintenance activity as required. •Assist with maintaining spare parts system. •Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a Preventative Maintenance (PM) system. •Perform work while in compliance with ergonomic guidelines. •Use, verify, and support lockout tag-out procedure including all applicable de-energization methods. Qualifications: •Maintenance Technician certificate or equivalent experience required. •Minimum three (3) years of maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment. •Solid functional working knowledge of facility-related aspects (e.g., HVAC, air compressor, pumps, chillers). •Solid functional working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. •Demonstrated capacity to work side by side with service providers as required to maintain equipment and facility. •Demonstrated capacity to follow directions as assigned. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate technical issues. •Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems. •Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Systems. •Knowledge of quality and environment management systems.
