Hiring: Maintenance Technician Level 1 Company: Black Rifle Coffee Company Location: Knoxville Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:34:38 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : PLC About the job Experience: •5+ years’ experience preferred Required Skills: •Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices and purpose. •Basic technical knowledge and ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical diagrams, blueprints, parts diagrams, and other technical documents •Develop and maintain spare parts inventory for machinery as well as supplies and equipment for maintenance and repair operations •Perform high level technical PM task on packaging lines, roasters, burners and grinders. •Attend daily turnover meetings and report on maintenance activities, recent repairs, or areas of concern •Demonstrated capacity to diagnose, develop a plan to repair, and execute repairs in a timely manner •Basic computer skills & knowledge of CMMS systems to record, file, and report maintenance operations and repairs •Formal training in pneumatic, electrical, mechanical or experience in these fields Qualifications: •High school level education or equivalent •Prior maintenance experience required. Preferably industrial or machine related. •3-5+ years’ experience preferred •Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements •This is a full-time position and hours of work and days may vary.
