Required Skills: •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment to safely restore operations and minimize downtime. •Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. •Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recurring issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat failures and improve long-term reliability. •Support equipment installations, modifications, and facility improvement projects, utilizing maintenance, fabrication, and welding skills as needed. •Read, interpret, and modify technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to support maintenance activities and equipment improvements. •Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following and enforcing safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, identifying hazards, and supporting corrective actions. •Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and fellow maintenance technicians to resolve issues, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. •Maintain quality standards, complete required documentation, and perform other duties as assigned.
