Required Skills: •Work independently to inspect and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing plant environment. •Identify and resolve equipment safety hazards and perform safety repairs as directed. •Conduct appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the plant. •Replace, overhaul, or fabricate broken and damaged components as needed, to include: wiring, relays, PLC's, switches, electric motors, user interfaces, digital & analog inputs/outputs, positioning devices, and controls. •Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs: diagnose malfunctioning systems, isolate faults, determine correction actions, and organize & carryout repairs as necessary. •Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and Lockout/Tagout procedures, in order to execute repairs and maintenance. •Assist in the planning, development, and installation of facility upgrades and repairs including wiring, conduit, and electrical distribution equipment. •Operate and maintain various electrical and electronic equipment including 24VDC (and lower) control circuitry and 120/208/240/480VAC equipment and distribution panels IAW electrical code.
