Required Skills: •Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, utilities, and process equipment. •Lead troubleshooting efforts on moderately complex systems to identify root cause. •Support utilities and plant systems to ensure uptime and operational continuity. •Support Building Automation System (BAS) and environmental monitoring response as needed. •Respond to alarms and coordinate corrective actions; identify recurring failures or systemic issues. •Vendor & Coordination Support •Coordinate vendor activities for maintenance and facilities services; support job walkdowns. •Escort vendors into GMP areas and ensure compliance with site requirements. Qualifications: •Technical or trade school certification preferred; associate degree or mechanical/utilities certification a plus. •4–6 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience. •A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a GMP environment. •Demonstrated utilities and mechanical troubleshooting experience. •Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret sketches, drawings, and vendor documentation. •Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CMMS platforms. •Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork. •Demonstrated capacity to work safely with mechanical, electrical, and process equipment. •May work with chemicals, compressed gases, tools, and mechanical equipment as required by assigned activities.
