Required Skills: •Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and manufacturing machinery to maintain consistent performance and minimize downtime. •Identify and resolve equipment issues during scheduled maintenance activities to support continuous manufacturing operations. •Follow safety regulations, environmental health standards, and maintenance procedures to ensure compliant and safe production environments. •Support equipment repairs, submit parts requests, and communicate maintenance concerns to team leaders and maintenance supervisors. •Utilize hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks on manufacturing equipment. •Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. •Partner cross-functionally with maintenance technicians and production teams to support production schedules and equipment reliability. •Foster a team-oriented environment that supports production efficiency, quality goals, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: •2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or obtain a degree in electronics, electrical technology, or a related technical field. •Knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing of components and production assemblies. •Demonstrate working knowledge of preventative maintenance tasks, equipment inspections and repair procedures. •Strong communication skills, teamwork, and reliability while supporting maintenance and production teams. •Operational familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation. •A proactive approach to learning, continuous improvement, and team collaboration in a technical environment.
