Required Skills: •Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of CNC machine tools and facility systems. •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facility systems. •Perform adjustments and repairs as required. •Perform preventive maintenance activities to detect early signs of failure or maladjustment. •Communicate effectively with operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure machines are production-ready. •Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and technical manuals. •Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. •Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required. •Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a CNC machining or heavy manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency call-ins as needed. •Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazatrol controls •Electrical systems (480V, 240V, and control voltages) •Bearings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, and machine geometry •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. •Proficiency with diagnostic tools, including multimeters, alignment equipment, and vibration analysis tools. •Solid functional working knowledge of CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications. •Valid driver's license and the ability to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other maintenance equipment, or the ability to obtain certification.
