Qualifications: •Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing,carpentry,painting, and generalbuilding maintenancepractices. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, management, and fellow team members. •Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices. •Understanding of applicable state and local codes related tobuilding maintenance. •Demonstrated capacity to use smartphones, email, and basic technology for work orders, communication, and reporting. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50-75 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces. •Demonstrated capacity to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. •Demonstrated capacity to safely operate, climb, and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft.
