Maintenance team members must be flexible and available to work weekends and off-shifts as needed to support plant operations. •How You Will Help Us •Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices. •Perform electrical and mechanical preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced corrugated packaging manufacturing environment. •Maintain plant infrastructure, including building systems, grounds, and facility equipment. •Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime and support production needs. •Execute preventive maintenance activities, including lubrication, wear measurements, component alignment and repositioning, and equipment inspections. •Monitor equipment operation by observing performance, vibration, temperature, and noise levels to identify and address potential issues. Qualifications: •Industrial Maintenance Technicien – Facilities Focus (MCT2 + Facilities) •A valid Massachusetts Fireman’s License is highly desirable.
