Required Skills: •Support health, safety, and environmental programs by attending safety meetings, performing safety observations, and reporting incidents and near misses. •Operate and maintain general maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively. •Interpret and work from hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, including PLC ladder diagrams. •Perform electrical work, including wiring, voltage testing, and understanding arc flash hazards and power factors. •Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, identifying root causes of failures and implementing corrective actions. •Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized system. •Use precision tools and instruments such as multimeters, micrometers, and dial indicators. •Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, including scheduled repairs and equipment upgrades. Qualifications: •Technical or class certifications in maintenance-related disciplines are a plus.
