Required Skills: •Complete preventive maintenance and repairs according to work orders, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. •, including repairs to toilets, urinals, faucets, valves, automatic flush sensors, and related fixtures. •Painting, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance to maintain facilities in like-new condition. •Repair and maintain walls, floors, doors •, and perform painting and touch-up work as needed. •Permitted under applicable state laws, including fixtures, switches, outlets, light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets. •Complete service and asset inspections as needed. •Access and complete work orders and service notes Qualifications: •High school diploma, degree/certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred. •, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. •Commercial services experience highly preferred. •Must possess applicable certifications/licenses and a valid driver's license in good standing •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand safety policies, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to complete routine reports and correspondence. •Comfortable using handheld devices and business systems, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel •Demonstrated capacity to complete work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status. •Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies. •Demonstrated capacity to travel locally between properties on a daily basis.
