Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •At least one year in general maintenance and repair work. •A working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems. •Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset. •A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. •The ability to work independently and as part of a team. •The physical capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long stretches, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather. •Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software. •Trade school or technical certification. •You provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
