Required Skills: •Amtek, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its condominium community in Alexandria, VA. •Responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostlyexterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition toother exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safelymaintained. •Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm. •Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate. •Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained. •Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains. •Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed. •Monitor and inspect Boilers, Chillers, and HVAC systems.
