Hiring: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Company: RTP Company Location: Henderson, KY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:18:25 About the job Experience: •Two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred Required Skills: •: 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday Night - Saturday Morning •Completes routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots maintenance issues on standardized equipment •Responds to production requests for immediate attention to production line breakdowns •Assists in maintaining the organization of the maintenance shop and adequate parts inventory •Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc. •Communicates and collaborates with other departments, including production, warehouse, and quality, regarding the status of maintenance projects and needs •Participates in training, retraining, and continual improvement processes and methods •Ensures plant is maintained and in accordance with housekeeping policies and guidelines Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work process, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment •Must be capable of multi-tasking and working both as a team and independently •Must maintain a clean and safe workspace •Must be dependable and have excellent attendance •Must be available to work overtime as needed; with little, to no notice •Must be able to pass a forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, a respirator fit test •Must be able to read, write, and speak English •Forklift and Scissor lift maintenance experience preferred •Two-year technical degree in maintenance related field or a combination of education experience.
