Required Skills: •This position is eligible for a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus. •Following the training period, all Maintenance Technicians are initially assigned to night shift and participate in a periodic, seniority-based shift bid. •Follow all plant safety rules and work rules. •Execute Planned Maintenance (PM) activities to proactively prevent failures and promote safe and efficient operations. •Create, revise, and improve parts kits working with Planner to build part kits into SAP. •Work to reduce unplanned stoppages through effective root cause analysis. •Provide on-shift electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support to identify and repair technical breakdowns. •Support a positive and collaborative culture with the expectation that Zero Safety Incidents, Zero Quality Defects, and Zero Preventable Stoppages.
