Required Skills: •This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving production equipment with a primary focus on injection molding machines and related auxiliary systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and manufacturing support systems. •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. •Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. •Support mold changeovers and equipment setup activities as needed. •Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings. •Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and automated production equipment. •Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational education in maintenance-related disciplines preferred. •Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to work around moving manufacturing equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production requirements.
