Hiring: Maintenance Technician 2nd shift Company: Regal Rexnord Location: Auburn, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:00:57 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : PLC About the job Experience: •Post high school with emphasis on industrial trades, mechanical and electrical •3 years as industrial mechanical / electrical maintenance •High school level communication skills – English primary •Demonstrated capacity to read and use precise measuring devices ie: Calipers, micrometers and tape measures Required Skills: •Lead and oversee maintaining production machinery throughout the facility •Lead and oversee all facility (structural) maintenance and repairs •Lead and oversee executing and closing work orders in a timely manner •Accurate record keeping – equipment history, PM schedules, down time logs •Any reports as required by management •Comply with any and all safety procedures ie: lock out / tag out, fall prevention, lift equipment safety and confined space entry. •Work in a constant state of alertness •Industrial electrical and mechanical skills Qualifications: •Wide variety of hand, power and pneumatic tools •Precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures •Maintenance mechanics work 8-10 hour shifts with a forty-hour work week. Some overtime and weekend work may be required to meet demand.
