Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or certificate, preferred. •Completion of a recognized industrial maintenance or equivalent apprenticeship program, preferred. •5 years Education: High school diploma or its equivalent is required, along with either an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or completion of a certificate program preferred. •7 years Certifications + Licenses: Certification as an OSHA Forklift Operator; successful completion of a recognized industrial maintenance program or equivalent apprenticeship; advanced certifications in specialized fields such as PLC programming, advanced electrical systems, or mechanical engineering.
