Required Skills: •Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Arkansas. •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production operations. •Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. •Complete approximately 2 months of training on day shift before transitioning to permanent nights. •Troubleshoot and repair motors, controls, conveyors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs, and production equipment. •Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns as needed. •Follow safety, GMP, food safety, and maintenance documentation requirements.
