This role provides direct leadership for maintenance mechanics while building maintenance capability at all levels of the platform team. •Opportunity working from 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. •There may be business needs that could require this individual to start their shift earlier or stay later depending on the factors that drive that need. •Lead Human and Food Safety. •Cultivate a Human Safety culture that reduces risk to our people and communities by increasing capability to identify and control critical risks. •Cultivate a Food Safety culture committed to manufacturing safe food that complies with company policies and regulatory requirements. •Identify and address safety risks related to standard and non-standard maintenance activities, including risks identified through Defect Handling. •People Leadership Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated leadership experience in a highly collaborative environment. •Success driving results through process discipline and teamwork. •Proven success reducing losses and improving performance in a manufacturing setting. •Demonstrated technical capability and knowledge of unit operations and machinery on at least one production platform. •Strong communication skills across work groups, cross-functional resources, and other plant team members. •Foundational knowledge of data analysis and maintenance systems, such as SAP, Maximo, Manufacturing Analytics, or MQIS, and the ability to use data to make decisions and drive results. •Solid functional working knowledge of a broad range of technical areas, including: •Materials such as metals, plastics, elastomers, composites, and coatings. •Fabrication methods such as welding, machining, and surface treatment.
