Required Skills: •Atrium has experienced tremendous growth and are seeking an ambitious and talented Maintenance Supervisor to join and grow our team at the Crane's Landing community in Winter Park! •The Maintenance Supervisor, along with every member of our team, will also be responsible for assisting residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and making teamwork a top priority. •Crane's Landing Apartments, 3440 N Goldenrod Rd. Winter Park, FL •Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with rotating on-call schedule (some evenings/weekends required) Qualifications: •EPA Universal / HVAC certification is required •Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general repairs. •Proven experience maintaining older apartment communities and aging building systems. •Demonstrated capacity to lead, coach, and hold a team of three maintenance technicians accountable. •Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Fair Housing compliance. •Budget-conscious with experience managing inventory, vendors, and maintenance expenses. •Resident-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship, timely service, and exceptional customer satisfaction. •Reliable, professional, and available for after-hours emergency on-call responsibilities. •Minimum of basic language skills in English (Spanish speaking / bi-lingual preferred) Compensation: •$30 - $35 per hour + eligible for renewal bonuses (estimation, based upon experience) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
