Required Skills: •This is for 3rd Shift – 11P-7:30 AM (Sunday night through Friday morning) •Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians and operators on an assigned shift. •Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and support production schedules. •Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and changeover readiness. •Monitor equipment performance and partner with Production to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency. •Ensure maintenance work orders, documentation, and shift handoffs are completed accurately. •Manage parts inventory, maintenance planning, and equipment readiness. •Coach, train, and evaluate team members while promoting a safe, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
