Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor - Off Shift Company: Nestlé Location: Cleveland, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 17:57:08 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords: Maintenance Supervision, Manufacturing, Production Equipment Maintenance, TPM, Planned Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, CMMS (SAP, Maximo), Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Food Safety Compliance, Budget Management, Team Leadership Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of production equipment maintenance • Direct experience managing mechanics for equipment maintenance (preferred) • Some knowledge of utilities and facility equipment (preferred) Required Skills: • Strong technical and leadership skills — ability to lead, motivate, and develop others • Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and direct teams and multiple tasks • Knowledge of TPM / PM Pillar Tools including Breakdown Analysis, Reliability Center Maintenance Practices, PM Optimization, and Predictive Maintenance Technologies (infrared, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.) • Understanding of regulatory requirements for food safety • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of cost drivers of maintenance in manufacturing operations • Working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo) with ability to analyze data for trends/reports Qualifications: • Responsible for all maintenance functions ensuring efficient plant operations: manufacturing, processing, packaging, and associated utilities • Mentor and develop Maintenance and Operations teams in loss elimination, risk management, and life cycle asset management • Train and assess mechanics on maintenance & engineering elements of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) using TPM • Supervise environmental program regulatory compliance • Monitor plant/equipment trends to reduce planned/unplanned downtime • Propose and monitor KPIs per Best Maintenance Practices • Lead documentation for equipment history, damage codes, and root cause analysis • Develop a network of Factory SMEs and guide them in NCE Reliability program implementation • Evaluate team performance and provide periodic feedback • Collaborate with corporate engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant partners • Consolidate and analyze factory M&R budgets • Run technical stores, scheduled work orders, labor hour allocation, and equipment BOM • Support TPM-PM Pillar rollout across Nestlé USA and Canada factories • Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm OR 10pm-6:30am (flexible based on business needs) Compensation: • Approximate pay range: $90,000 to $115,000 base annual salary • Performance-based incentives and competitive total rewards package including 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
